11 weeks pregnant with my 2nd, sharp pain in my right lower abdoment by my hip, nausea and headache.?

I have had an ultrasound twice already. I have a feeling this pregnancy is going to be complicated. The first ultrasound indicated I wasn’t as far along as the Dr. had said, the second one said I was almost a month further along. When the second ultrasound was done, we found that my ovary is behind my uterus, and that it is bruised. I am on bedrest because if my ovary twists, then I may end up having emergency surgery. I am feeling the pain about where my appendix is, but have no other symptoms of appendicitis. I have chronic ovarian cycts, but my ovary is in the middle of my abdomen, not on the right side. I also have pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) so there’s so many things that could be going on. The problem is, I have already been to ER once this pregnancy and have had 2 ultrasounds because of abdominal pain. I do not want to have to go through this again, because I want to enjoy my pregnancy. I was wondering if anyone else has had this type of pain, including the other symptoms?

it could just be ligament stretching which is normal. the nausea and headache are normal at 11 weeks. just call your doctor and ask if you should go to the er. they are used to being called at all hours of the day and night. GOOD LUCK!!!

i had this pain down my right side at first and i didnt know i was pregnant…im nearly 11 weeks and they thought i was ectopic and i had to have two internals and two scans..i still have the pain there sometimes and often get worried that i have got a baby stuck in my tube even thought they say i havent….its odd because the pain is every now and then
