Hi ladies,
im kind of hoping someone can give me advice..
i’m 14wks with mine and boyfriend’s first blessing.. i’m very excited and very very happy =]
lately all ive been eating is POTATOES! (french fries with no salt and mashed potatoe’s) its bad i know. i do not eat alot of fruit, it seems to upset my stomach
meat, i cant even look at.
apple sauce, corn, carrots ill eat. graham crackers, saltine crackers..cereal (lucky charms).. i do suck on tums not only for calcium but for heartburn..
i do eat peanut butter..with wheat bread (ill go between wheat and white).
im looking for more ( i do not want to keep eating potatoes!) .. anyone have any suggestions? i do drink loads of water. sometimes ill get a ice tea or a diet coke (the smallest glass and it always helps with the burping)
also.. i don’t know if i can feel movement yet, but ive been feeling poking right above my belly button. today was alittle to the side more. could that have been the baby?
Thanks Everyone =] hopefully everyones enjoying their pregnancy and will have a great 4th of july!
Thanks Everyone! i kind of figured it was alittle early yet to be feeling my little one.

Try mixing some sweet potato and pumpkin in with the mashed potato they are alot better for you. Your body wants what it wants. It’s hard to control the cravings. They will change as the pregnancy goes along. Try baled beans they are full of carbs which is wat if shoulda like your craving but they also have lots of fibre and iron. Congratulations and goodluck to you. Sorry that was supposed to say baked beans !!

if you’re feeling the baby it will be basic movements still low in your pelvic. i’m 15 weeks and i can feel my little bean move across my lower stomach, nothing major but enough.
try eating eggs and beans to keep your protein up. make sure to get plenty of calcium too. potatoes aren’t really too bad for you over all but i wouldn’t eat them all the time. salads are good for you to eat.

My craving is ice cream and its an everyday thing. eat if you like it just try to have less
This early fruit can make heartburn and indigestion bad. I had the same thing, but at 6th months now I don’t have it as much. I go between bread as well. just stick with the prenatal vits and you should be ok.
I dunno about feeling it there. It may be air or gas you feel. But you prob do feel the flutters or buble like sensations. Your baby is usually a little lower, but each woman is diff. I felt mine higher up…but i think it was the sensation that traveled up more than the baby moving. I felt mine very early fluttering, and she is a very active one.

I am nearly 13 weeks pregnant and I am craving grapes.
I have acid reflux and fruit upsets my stomach but my doctor says it’s safe to keep on taking my prevacid so that definitely helps.
I haven’t felt my baby yet although I feel tiny flutters from time to time.
