3 miscarriages and 1 ectopic pregnancy. Will I ever be able to have a child?

I had a child few years later miscarried. Was able to have another child 7 years later, but a few years ago I had another miscarriage and ectopic pregnancy. Have been trying to conceive ever since and a few days ago had a positive pregnancy test and today find out I am having another miscarriage. Will I ever be able to have a child again? What helpful advice does anyone have?

My sister had a similar problem, in fact she had 4 miscarriages. She never gave up she started taking prenatal vitamins every time they tried and in 6months she got pregnant and she has a beautiful baby girl now
