Okay so,1st thing, i am a male, i am 170 punds, 5"9 & A half, And i am 16 years old of age. my 1st question->> I just started exercising, and when i do pushups, my arms start to shake alot. and about after 3 to 4 pushups my arms give out and fall to the floor. and when i do situps, my shins on my legs hurt very badly, like when i walk they hurt, and i just want to know how do i get to the point where my arms will not shake and my legs willl not be so sore??
2) I need nutrition info for me. i am 16, in the ninth grade, what is some school lunch and breakfast foods that i can eat to maintain and keep my diet in order. like,, whats some healthy foods i can eat to keep my fitness and diet running and going?? And how much of it should i eat them. don’t give me a website crap. i want a snwer from YOU!!
please help. im tired of being fat and having a belly..
