Which will help take off 15 lbs in 2 months.
So this is my current way of life:
9:00 am – breakfast
12:00 am – Gym ( some 2hrs. don’t worry , that’s not too much 4 me, I’m in pretty good shape)
16:00 – dinner
18:00 5 kilometers running
sometimes i ride my bike afterwards.
One unhealthy habit is that I sometimes eat very late when the hunger comes over me and I cant control it. The food I eat is healthy, it has both veggies in it and fruits. Meat included. Do you think this will help get my pounds off in 2 months? Should I change anything?
Forgot to say that I have a little stomach which has grown during winter as I was doing no exercise at all…
My body will "eat" away my fat, not my muscles then?

your aim is to keep ur mentabolism rate at a good level
eat too little your mentabolism becomes too low so u burn little calories
eat too much your mentabolism wont be fast enough so you get calories as fat
you need to eat a good amount of food
regular exercise keeps it going up which willl mean you will need to eat more or your body will et the fat then muscles and give you weak bones
from what you wrote you eat too little
alwais eat small meals but eat more of them
