A patient that has no PVC’s at rest, but goes into bigeminy at exercise, has no symptoms at all.

these are called rate-related arrhythmias. further tests will be blood tests as most PVCs are caused by hypokalemia and hypomagnesia and hypoxia (hence you can also do echocardiogram) to check the the movement of the walls of the ventricles to see if they are recieving adequate blood supply

Magnesium and Omega-3 fatty acid deficiency. Use organic butter from grass-fed cows instead of margarine. Eat fish two or three times a week. Eat more beans. Consider taking a molecularly distilled omega-3 DHA supplement three times a day. Walnuts contain both magnesium and omega-3 fatty acids. Spinach is also a good source of magnesium.
