A question about The Warriors Diet?

Im currently on the warriors diet which consists of starving yourself during the day then having a large meal at night time.
Any suggestions on health concerns and should i also combine this with regular exercise?

That’s the worst diet, because when you eat and then go to bed your body stores all of the fat because you eat irregularly and it doesn’t know when you will eat again. AKA it’s gonna make you fatter.
Try this:
Eat a BIG breakfast
Medium Lunch
and
Tiny dinner.
If you eat during the day your metabolism keeps working all day and burns off 2x more calories.
And exercise a couple nights a week for like 20 minutes. The weight should drop off in no time.

Pillaging would go well with this diet. However, stealing office stationary is not counted.

it is infinitely more healthy and better on your body to eat five or six small meals a day than one big one
