While the berry diet does make you gain energy,any fruit will.Eating and drinking healthier throughout the day helps to make a happier attitude and higher metabolism.
It doesn’t,however,help you to lose weight.It helps in that category just about as much as a glass of apple juice.

Acai Berries are just another fruit. They have no proven medical benefits whatsoever. Pomegranates, Concord grapes, blueberries, and red wine all have far more antioxidants. They will NOT help you lose any significant amount of fat.
