Go to your local health clinic and talk to them. They will advise you and provide you with a blood test and educational information; and above all it will be kept confidential. If you suspect any type of sexually transmitted disease, do not wait for symptoms to appear first. Go see a medical professional right away!

for now youll have HIV for up to ten years with no signs or symptoms. its not likely you have HIV unless you both were unprotected. the only way to know is with a blood test

Having unprotected sex with another person is the same as sleeping with all of his sex partners in the past 10 years. Go take the test for STD’s and for hiv. You are in panic for nothing. You get the results in 2 weeks…tests are PRIVATE. No one will know. You should know if you are "clean" or not before you go have another encounter.
Relax and go take the test
BE SAFE !

You didn’t say whether the 2 of you used protection, but since you’re asking, I assume you did not. Not smart, but understandable.
I doubt that one time of unprotected sex infected you…however, one time is all it takes.
AIDS does not begin as AIDS, it begins as HIV. No one has EVER died of AIDS…they have died of AIDS-related diseases like pneumonia. If you are feeling strong and healthy, don’t worry about symptoms right now.
Especially since symptoms can take years, up to 15, to even develop. Your best bet, sincerely, is to go take an HIV test and then follow them up with tests every 6 months for the next couple of years. It sounds dramatic, but if you want to be sure, I advise that route.
You didn’t say how long it’s been since you two had sex, but a blood test is absolutely necessary. You can go to clinics like Planned Parenthood or community clinics and take the test anonymously and get results anonymously. You take the test and get a number. When you call in for the results, you don’t use your name, you use the number.
But I am STRONGLY advising you get the test done ASAP. For your own peace of mind, for your health and for your safety. And please, from now on, use protection…EVERY TIME.

Well the risk of getting AIDS through vaginal sex is actually very very low. HIV wouldn’t even show up on a test for 6 months after possible risk of exposure.
Despite media fear mongering, AIDS is still basically in the gay community.
