Allergic Reaction?

When you have an allergic reaction to something, can a rash come and go until whatever it is leaves your system?? and how long does it usually take for it to leave??? i noticed it appears when i’m hot like after a shower, or when i washed the dishes with hot water. the rash comes and goes on my arms.
These are not raised bumps. It’s perfectly flat on my skin, but I can see the red blotches. It tingles.
I’ve had an allergic reaction to an herbal remedy i tried to take away acne [burdock root] i was at a concert outside and i broke out in the rash all over my arms just like now. also i wore fishnets the night before that and formed a rash on my legs. and recently a friend of mine introduced me to blackstrap molasses. well, i’ve been taking it every night for a month. i’m thinking it’s from that.
have in mind, i live in las vegas and it was VERY hot at that concert. it’s really weird.. I don’t know why i only form the rash when hot.

Heat can cause hives ("prickly heat"), but heat can also exacerbate allergic reactions. Very confusing, no?
I am allergic to millions of things. Sometimes it takes about a month before the allergy goes away entirely. It can come and go–like you described–for a while. My doctor always has me take antihistimines constantly for several weeks because of this. Sometimes you can actually start reacting *after* you’ve stopped a medicine (this has happened to me and my sister).
You may want to stop the blackstrap molasses for a few weeks too. If it stops, try reintroducing it and see if the rash comes back.

I think this is actually a medical condition.My coworker had it.When her skin would get too hot she would get ‘heat bumps’…I’m sure that’s not the medical term….
Does it go away after you cool down?It might be this condition,check with your doctor just to be safe!

Usually my allergy grows above my lips the past years but this year my allergy now appears inside my nose and its so itchy and painful with blood.

It may just be heat rash. That or your skin is very sensitive to heat. (it’s possibly) I’d have it checkd out by a doctor to make sure it isn’t anything serious, serious. Best of luck.
