Aisha: Your mom needs to take you to an allergist or immunologist for testing. The only way to know what caused the allergic reaction is through proper testing. The reason it is important is so that you may avoid whatever it is in the future.
As for the current itching, you can use caladryl lotion or you can take a Benadryl tablet and rub calamine lotion on the skin. There is also a product for animals called Petaseptic that contains witch hazel and camphor and it stops itching on anything. I use it for bug bites. Going forward, the key is going to be avoidance so get your Mom to get you properly tested.

Need more info—itching where? Is it acute or chronic itch? Do you know what type of allergen caused it, or if it is, in fact, allergies?

If you dont want to pay for the expensive perscribed medicine use childrens suddafed im 16 i use it my older brother and my parents do 2 it stops the burn. Also put vicks vapo rub in your chest, then elevate your head on about 4 pillows put your shirt over your nose and take a nap im tellin when you wake up it will have drained just be sure to avoid alot of blowing your nose (THAT MAKES THE ITCHING WORSE AND IT BURNS) (get well)

Benedryll. It might make you sleepy but it will help with the itching until you can figure out what medication you need to stop the allergies problems. I would suggest going to an allergist, but the benedryll will help for an immediate fix.
