Am I at risk for type 2 diabetes ?

So my doctor has been wondering if I am possibly diabetic. After my last visit he decided to actually screen me for diabetes. Naturally this has my spooked. Basically I am 20 pounds overweight , Eat a lot of junk food and barley exercise. That being said even though I like to eat junk I still eat lots of healthy food as well. So basically I was wondering if I am at risk of getting diabetes.
