My mother passed away with Inflammatory Breast Cancer and my father passed away with Colorectal Cancer.
I try to eat healthy and excersize on a regular basis.
However, in the last year I have started to have frequent irregular bowl movements and I have absolutely zero energy.
When I workout, my head and joints ache and become extremely weak. I get dizzy and start to black out. I have not completely blacked out yet but it is getting worse each time. I am beginning to worry that I might get hurt because I workout alone and it seems that the weakness and pain is getting worse.
I am only 17 years old. 6’2”, 190lbs.

With your family history, you need to see a doctor right away.

so sorry to hear of your losses. we are raising a nephew, now 19, who lost both parents to cancer by the age of 9. my heart goes out to you.
agree with above, you need to see a doctor for a physical and routine blood work for starters. with your symptoms and history, a colonoscopy (really, they’re not that bad) would probably be a good idea.
if your parent’s death was recent, or if you’re raising younger siblings because of their deaths, your bowel issues just may be brought on by stress and/or depression. and, if food is travelling through your system faster than normal and you’re hypersecreting fluid, you may not be getting all the nutritional value of what you are eating which could be causing the weakness. the mind can do a real job on the body.
so, start with a medical exam and try to do what you can (besides working out) to ‘de-stress’ while you’re waiting to get your results. wishing you peace of mind and health.
