im doing a debate at school and need peoples opinions… the questions is should people be required to take hiv/aids test if you over 18… there’s to team affirmative and negative so I have to say that we shouldn’t be required to take the test but why???? I need questions and answers

So for example, you shouldnt, because its up to you whether you take the test or not, you might not want to be conditioned to live maybe knowing that you áre HIV positive, and as long as you use protection while having sex with someone it should be fine.
A mandatory HIV test woud be a violation of your privacy, this kind of test should be always optional.
